SCHN is a public-private planning body overseeing the use of federal homelessness resources in the six county region including Green, Lawrence, Martin, Monroe, Morgan, and Owen counties. It was created in 2005 “to provide and coordinate the best possible housing resources and supportive services to those who are most in need” in our communities.
The meetings and planning process will be facilitated by the Corporation for Supportive Housing (CSH), www.csh.org.
